Dragon Necklace

This here is a necklace I made in my college jewelry class. It consists of about 9 different pieces put together in layers. As you can see, I used several different metals: sterling silver, copper, and brass. Then I strung it on a sterling silver, 18in chain. The different colors you see were put on using a liver of sulfur patina, then sprayed with clear enamle to protect it.
I am super duper uber proud of this necklace, let me tell you! the thing probably has $20 worth of various metals on it, and sits about 2in tall and about 1 1/2 in wide. I love this thing to death, and can't wait to show it off. lol I had to scan this on my scanner, so this image really doesn't do it justice.
It seems my artistic talent extends to jewelry as well! lol
