Little Blue Dragon

You guys saw the black and white version, well, here's the colored, set in a nice little background I did up in about 2 or 3hrs. It didn't turn out quiiiiite how I wanted... I couldn't find the tool I wanted to use. lol.
As you can see, I used the same style on this one as I did my troll dragon, and the effects turned out well.
I did all of this up in Paint Shop Pro 8
